Shipping & Tracking

Usually, shipping shouldn’t take longer than 1 week (continental Europe & UK). However, once we have handed your package to our logistics partners, we have no further control over shipping time. 

As soon as your device is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This way you can always check the current status of your package.

In case you have not received your tracking number, please contact our support team.
